The Price: Like most coffee shops these days, Canabru is charging slightly higher prices for lattes and specialty drinks than your average cafes. Not ideal for people counting their pennies, but I suppose it’s to be expected in this post-pandemic economy. The Service: My server was fast, polite, and knowledgeable. In fact, he recommended the Basic Spaniard, an excellent suggestion based on a handful of questions. The Setting: This café is located in a strip mall in the same parking lot as a Home Depot, but it’s tucked behind the other locations; you can’t see it from the lot. But once you walk in, you’ll find a cool little hangout spot with a casual vibe and plenty of seats to study or hang out. The Conclusion: I didn’t get a chance to try their food or hang out. But I was pleased with my drink enough that I will return, given the chance, and try other offerings.

Absolutely love this hole in the wall coffee spot. This place is a cabin in the woods under a starry night sky, so it is very relaxing to be in here. All coffee, sweet treats and food are delicious to me so far. My plan is to try something new with every visit I make till I find my go-to beverages and food, mostly coffee. Just keep in mind this is a small place, so it does get a little crowded. Please be courteous and respectful to both staff and other customers within Canabru cause we're all coming here for the same reasons. Happy New Year!
This gem of a coffee house in chino is amazing. The Berry lattes with their homemade compote are so tasty I was blown away. My wife had the açai bowl and it was fresh and delicious. This coffee shop is beautiful and homey, with adorable owl wall art. 5 stars isn't enough this place is 10/10
Beautiful space to chill, meetup, read a book, or get some work done. The brewed coffee is delicious! Lots of variety in seating spaces, tables, benches, bar top, couch, comfy chairs with coffee table, a swing, some outlets for your electronics. I was here at 7:30am and there were no pastries. They bake them fresh every day and hadn’t baked them yet. Seems like better planning could resolve that, rather than having customers arrive to no product. About an hour after opening the pastries were in the case. I got a blueberry muffin and it was amazing. Flavorful and moist. The background music is a mellow jazz/folk vibe and the volume is not too loud. Overall great little gem in Chino.
This is my current favorite coffee café in Chino/Chino Hills. The White Mocha Latte is my favorite coffee drink, and their service is excellent. I don't have to wait forever to get my order. The atmosphere is very inviting and warm. This place makes it easy to spend time with a friend for the afternoon. There's a lot of seating available with comfy chairs, plus tables & chairs if I want to do some work. The Wi-Fi works good, and people here are friendly. I love this place!
Writing this review for dark roast coffee purists. First off, I wanted to love this place’s coffee because the staff, atmosphere, and clientele are all amazing. 10 out of 10 for sure. The thing is that I’m a bit coffee picky and I don’t like sweet coffee drinks. Just an Americano or Latte for me. So I ordered an Americano and it was made very promptly despite the steady flow of customers. I asked for room, and they left room and had the half and half ready to go. Amazing service! Now for the coffee. To me it’s on the “fruity” side as in the bean isn’t roasted as long and still leans fruity. I am 100% a dark roast person, so this just isn’t my thing. That being said, if you are getting one of their specialty lattes or maybe even an iced coffee for a hot day, I think it would be great. Definitely worth checking out. This is clearly one of those gem coffee shops, so please check it out and see if it is your cup of tea.
The drip coffee is a true light to medium roast. Its absolutely delicious. Worth ever cent. The chocolate chip cookies are seriously a slice of heaven and I've honestly never tasted a cookie with this level of flavor and texture. GO HERE AND ENJOY
